As strategic client executive for Transunion, I primarily guided sales of credit risk solutions to enterprise-level financial services clients, including banks, fintechs, and auto lenders across a multi-state region. I managed the overall relationship with five key customers: Klarna, Rocket Companies, PNC, Citizens Bank, and KeyBank, focusing on the Midwest and East Coast. My main objective was to grow the overall wallet share across all lines of business. Directed the largest customer relationships in the Midwest Sales Region, covering financial services clients across banking, private-label credit card issuers, collection agencies (both Legal and third party), Auto Finance and "buy now pay later" customers. Developed strategic buyer approaches and led sales pursuits, including relationship development, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and client hand-offs for 25 customer accounts with $22M in revenue. Engaged with executive-level decision-makers to uncover new solution opportunities and coordinated with TransUnion subject matter experts to support the entire sales process.
