This is a true coaching / business partnership with leaders on evaluating and improving management operating systems, organization structures, building bench strength, and addressing and improving performance. These manufacturing plants are union and non-union sites which gives me the opportunity to address both labor relations / contractual issues, and also drive positive employee relations. It's been great to build on my background in Operations, Human Resources and Corporate leadership roles by developing and executing strategy that has a direct, positive impact on manufacturing performance. Being sought out to help solve complex and challenging issues keeps me energized and motivated in striving to improve operational excellence.

Lead for Space Networks HR operations. Responsible for providing service to 1,700 corporate and field personnel in Civil and Military Engineering Services.

Manage Eastern US HR operations with a staff of 14 professionals. Responsible for providing service to 1,600 corporate and field personnel.

Manage a department of 3 HR professionals / support staff providing service to 400 corporate and field sales personnel for the US. Manage department of 18 - Logistics.

Manage a department of 30 employees in the production, and shipment of a $2 million inventory

Lead a department of 102 personnel (2 officers and 100 enlisted) in shipboard operations / trainingas a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70).
