CCP Responsibilities:Continental Copy Products is dedicated to printing, copying & vending, physical & digital document delivery, I.T. & technical services to businesses as well as educational institutions.• Managing the CCP environment & users. This includes the domain controller, routers, switches, modems, access points, desktop PC’s, laptops, mobile phones, copiers, & other technologies.CCP - Scannx Responsibilities:Scannx is dedicated to digital document delivery. Scanning documents to various platforms such as email, google drive, dropbox, box.net, networked folders, USB printers, networked printers, web printers, USB, QR code scans.• Management of hardware, software, & customer support for the Scannx division. Scannx hardware is touchscreen computers running Windows 7/10, along with led or bulb, auto-cropping & auto-rotating scanners, & paper feeders.• Giving technical demonstrations at trade shows & also private demonstrations.• Troubleshooting any issues that arise & resolving them in a timely manner either remotely or onsite for our customers some of which include: Rutgers Univ., Princeton Univ., Yale Univ., Harvard Univ., & NYU.• Training & managing employees/customers on the Scannx hardware/software platform.CCP - Papercut, OCS & EveryonePrint Responsibilities:Papercut, OCS & EveryonePrint are print management programs that enables organizations to control their printing environments.• Responsible for the installation & support of all of CCP’s Papercut, OCS, & EveryonePrint customers. Installation & networking of Primary, Secondary & WebPrint Servers, print release/add value stations as well as integrated copiers, printers & scanners with embedded software on those devices that support it. • Managing licenses & users within the admin consoles as well as configurations for all devices. Users can have a monthly, quarterly/semester, or annual quota setup, add money to their accounts (cash, credit, paypal) or a combination of all.

Coordinates, plans, & implements systems related to hardware & software for libraries both remotely & in the field. They manage customer installations while also collaborating with staff & third party vendors. They also consult on the best experience for library staff & their patrons. They represent the organization professionally through telephone, email, face-to-face, communication outlets to consistently optimize the customer experience. They interact with customers & respond to their inquiries in a professional & courteous manner.

• Responsible for the output of the graphics department. Adhered to strict QC process to make sure everything was up to department, client, postal, and legal standards. On call 24/7 to troubleshoot any problems during the process from creation, to printing, to mailing. • Operated code based (Anchor Letter Writer) and vector based (GMC) design software programs. Converted our 5,000 letter library from Anchor to GMC format. • Managed the letter and image libraries, as well as created and customized correspondence to conform to client specifications.• Postal regulations were strictly followed. Mandatory rules and regulations included properly formatted barcodes, and envelope windows with no protruding customer information.• Dealt with confidential information in .csv format. Formatted, itemized, mathematically calculated, and applied logic to data.• Completed time-sensitive projects quickly, efficiently, and often well before deadline.
