Gregory G. Aymong (grega@highlandtank.com) is the Vice President of Sales for Highland Tank LLC./TerraVest Industries (TSE: TVK). Mr. Aymong has worked in the petroleum industry for 44 years and is the inventor of the patented Highland Tank oil/water separator and Corella® coalescer technology. His numerous equipment and process designs are used worldwide by petroleum, industrial, municipal, military, and commercial facilities for the prevention of petroleum and other hazardous spills into the environment.Greg has accomplished a lot in his career and is enthusiastic about "paying it forward" what he has learned through the years. Building on his extensive knowledge of oil/water separator systems designs and an exceptional understanding of various disciplines, he lectures on bulk petroleum and chemical storage facility design, mission-critical fuel oil systems, commercial and military aviation fueling, forever chemicals (PFAS) remediation, rainwater harvesting/greywater recycling, and much more.Never one to rest on his accomplishments of the past, Greg had recently applied his design skills to the field of fire detection, suppression, and monitoring. Collaborating with the team at Highland Fire Suppression, he has pioneered Highland Fire Suppression, LLC’s (HFS) initial technology and is currently working through prototype development, field trials, applications engineering, and product marketing. With the knowledge that fire can spread quickly, destroying valuable equipment, inventory, and infrastructure as well as putting lives at risk, Mr. Aymong is passionate about the development of HFS’ advanced fire detection and suppression systems to minimize risk, protect critical equipment, and keep personnel safe.
