As the Senior Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, I lead a restaurant of leaders to serve guests at a high standard, fast pace, and safe environment. I oversee the daily operations, finances, quality, and compliance of the restaurant, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and the company.I am also passionate about investing in the capabilities and growth of our team members and leaders, as well as building long lasting relationships with the community. I coach, mentor, and motivate our staff to deliver excellent service, food, and hospitality, and to embrace our values and culture.I am currently pursuing a BS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Point University, which will enhance my knowledge and skills in running a successful and profitable business. I have a strong background in communication, interpersonal skills, and problem solving, which are essential for my role as senior director. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and improve myself and the restaurant. My goal is to instill greatness among our team and to make a positive impact on our guests and community.
