I have been lucky enough to work with an amazing group of professionals over the years, improving the overall quality system of both the supply base and internally. Having the opportunity to implement real change in the quality systems of not only the supply base, but also internally, I pride myself on results achieved over the years based on implemented improvements. Working to be proactive and prevent issues from occurring, instead of reactive, quality issues are less likely to occur and instead, chances of higher quality results are achieved. Personally, family is a huge portion of my life. Between spending time with my spouse and our families, as well as friends, I enjoy watching and attending any type of college sports. Running is another interest of mine and I try to participate in numerous events throughout the year.
