Job Responsibilities:• Leading a team of 9 – 3 foods department specialists and 1 pool fitter, 1 electrician, 1 site service coordinator, 2 site services specialists.• Drive health and safety initiatives, lead incident investigations and participate in return to work programmes.• Ensuring planned preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance are carried out to meet the agreed schedules.• Resource planning, coordinating and direction resources.• Review and development of preventative maintenance tasks to ensure reliability of plant to standard.• Recommending parts and stock levels to support the plant.• Input to maintenance budget and monitoring expenditure for own area and remaining within budget.• Responsible for delivery of maintenance services in the Foods plant and TDS (Takanini Distribution Centre) and all Site Services.
