As Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) systems engineer, performed requirements analysis and provided guidance for development, integration, test, and deployments. Monitored, assessed, and reported IPv6 traffic levels at multiple sites. Developed and maintained IPv6 wiki highlighting commercial and project IPv6 activities, updates, and successes.

As the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) thread’s first systems engineer, performed data characterization, requirements analysis, development, integration, test, and initial deployment. Selected as Segment point person for highly successful H1 Integration, Checkout, and Test exercises. Achieved a pre-system event position of zero event-critical problems, performed a highly successful system event, and successfully initialized the H1 system. Addressed problems and coordinated solutions with factory team during as Segment’s mid-shift War Room representative. Enhanced customer's perception of the product’s quality and level of commitment to the mission throughout the exercises and the actual event.Provided technical leadership for project and drove all technical H1 activities. Provided technical leadership for H1 mission longevity and maintenance while increasing areas of responsibility to include Fast Switchover capability, enhanced mission planning software, and Ground Infrastructure Recapitalization activities. Drove all technical work for AGP Spirals 1 and 2 capabilities providing the most technically advanced product of its type and linkage between two operational sites. As Rev Rollback Lead, planned, coordinated, and executed a system rollback across multiple sites and Segments to extend the life of aging national asset. Performed requirements analysis, design, integration, and test in areas of mission scheduling, platform dynamics and motion, communication availability, and data processing. Appointed as segment point-of-contact for the Moving Target Indicator demonstrations, resulting in successful interface specification updates across multiple segments. Selected as member of Systems Engineering Tiger Team to design, test, analyze, and integrate complex payload algorithms on the Systems Engineering Testbed. The testbed became the proving ground for complex algorithms developed from interface specification equations and destined for operational use.

Performed full life cycle systems engineering for the Planning & Scheduling and Performance & Engineering Computer Program Configuration Items (CPCIs) for baseline and future systems. As Critical Method Equation Report (CMER) Lead, coordinated the efforts of seven engineers to develop and deliver Stage 1 and 2 versions of CMERs on schedule. At Chief Scientist’s direction, CMER became the standard used to develop all other CMERs for this effort. As EIS Equation Optimization Lead, led engineering tiger team activities to resolve critical optimization problems.

Led development of an expert system command sequence validation tool for a space-qualified hardware and software system. Activities included requirement development, coordinating software development and test activities, deployment, and operational support. Tool delivered on schedule and successfully validated test and operational command sequences.

Performed systems engineering, modeling, and technical analyses to support DoD assessment of anti-satellite capabilities and the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI).
