Consulted with client company management representatives, including executives, human resources, supervisors, managers, and medical departments on how to optimize work performance of employees who may have a variety of psychological and personal issues. Developed strategies with and coaches management on how to appropriately intervene with dysfunctional work groups and/or systems to bring full functioning as an effective work organization. Provided guidance to customers on client company work place policies on a variety of subjects (including, but not limited to, work-place violence, chemical dependency) and recommends changes to optimize policies and practices. Coordinated with key account personnel to sustain and maintain business relationships and customizes services to reflect the needs and cultures of the client companies. Provided clinical oversight of mental health professionals via the Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) program, a program of the US government of approximately $1.2 billion, covering US military sites around the world. MFLCs are assigned to specific bases for extended rotations to meet the needs of active duty military service members and their dependents. Involved in training, orienting, supervising, and leading MFLCs in a variety of roles including those embedded within military units, those serving in base rotational positions, and those serving the children and youth dependents of military personnel.
