Maintained efficiency, effectiveness and safety throughout consecutive workdays of 14 hours or more in an array of weather conditions.In this role, I quickly acquired many responsibilities which lead me to leading a new division within the company working directly with insurance and restoration companies to inspect, repair, report, and make estimates and invoices for homes damaged by wind storm. This new position created up to $1,400,000 in profit over the 3 months I lead this team.
