I’ve led major strategic change (and tactical execution) that has unlocked double-digit increases in lead generation and yielded sustained multi-million dollar annual revenue growth. I thrive on building, leading, and inspiring teams that underpromise and overdeliver. I also thrive on assisting our clients to plan and execute on business improvement. In my career, I’ve completed hundreds of business valuations (the ultimate indicator of business performance and value creation) and advised on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions and succession plans. One of the things that really drives me is that I’ve worn many hats in my career. I love drawing from the financial and analytical side of my background as well as the creative and “just go for it” side.
