Fast-paced and tedious work ethic is the trademark that has moved me to gain insightful experiences now as a semi-retired paralegal. The sense and value of civil and human rights has taught me patience, knowledge, and wisdom in the legal spectrum and in life situations. Today in this season of my life, my passion to encourage the unencouraged, inspire the uninspired, and to motivate them with the plethora of options that are pregnant with possibilities is a driving force I thrive with.Twenty years of active legal related work has given me a strong command of the civil litigation and the landlord & tenant adjudication, probate, bankruptcy and mediation processes. Diligent and resourceful in conducting, reviewing, and researching legal issues and doing case investigations on a professional management level. Developed office and file management skills being self-motivated, decisive, responsible, and driven to achieve desired company goals using strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills with the competence to think independently, possess good judgment, proven problem-solving, and effective decision-making skills while being organized and detail-oriented with tedious tasks in tandem with strong multi-tasking abilities.Currently, I am working and spending much time in grooming my writing having completed two unpublished books, another close to completion, two songs with lyrics only now, a half-written playwright, and a completed outline to begin a 365 page devotional and spiritual edification study guide.The purpose of this extremely sensitive book [my memoirs] is threefold: 1) I have something to say (call it my testimony if you will); 2) What I say can help somebody; and 3) I would like to make a profit of some kind.My publishing strategy (stages) options are as follows: 1)January 2021: get the first edition published (20 copies or more) and self- market to the best of my ability until I can meet the publisher’s fee schedule;2) March 2021: when ready to meet the publisher’s fee schedule, I will work along “with” the publisher for any additions or  revisions (2nd edition) of the book focusing on sales and marketing strictly."We can accomplish all things with trust, faith and divine guidance; and by allowing God to enter my vision, He will allow me to accomplish my goals and will stay in my life until eternity."
