Multifunctional Logistics Analyst
: Maintains high level of proficiencyon MC4 hardware and software.Evaluate and critique Medical Logistics hardware and software in support of engineering and PM goals.Support Regions as Med Log SME in support of NET/NEF, Garrison Use, ARNG, Exercises and Humanitarian/Disaster Relief missions at the direction of ttie Med Log Lead.Maintain proficiency in Medical Logistics Best Business practices, commonly used concepts and procedures and supporting applications (e.g., LIW, Med PDB, TWELS, etc.) in order to provide sound recommendations to MC4 staff and command and to supported customers.Support Training and Documentation team in preparation and review of documents and training materials.Prepare and submit special progress reports and reviews as required.Conduct training using prepared lesson plans with practical excercises in a formal classroom, workshop, seminar, simulation and over the shoulder in the form of new equipment and refresher training acting as the primary instructor or alternate instructor on computer hardware, application software, new systems and business process improvements and procedures.Review and suggest changes to courses as the Medical Logistics SME.Measure: - Can image and execute post installations of MC4 hardware and software with minimal corrections.- Can prepare, setup and provide training to established MC4 standards. - Can passMC4 certification testing first time with100% accuracy of critical tasksand 80% overall. - Maintains above average level of knowledge and competence on Best Business Processes, concepts and procedures and supporting applications. Maintains active accounts in MedPDB, LIW, TEWLS, etc. - Can travel and provide standalone SME supportto Regions for NET/NEF, Exercise, Garrison Use, Disaster Relief and Conferences at the direction of the Med Log Lead. - Prepares and submits travel and specialprogress reports and reviews within 5 business days of travel or NLT assigned suspense.
