Senior Demand Planner, Us Supply Chain, Pfizer Global Supply
Current• Monitor performance of the supply chain for the Women’s Health, Lung Oncology, Biosimilar, and I&I brands (totaling $3.6B in annual gross revenue)• Update various systems such as SAP with accurate demand plans ensuring continuous, adequate levels of inventory while achieving pre-determined financial and forecast error / bias targets and minimizing inventory write-off• Communicate information pertaining to demand issues, impacts to supply, mitigation plans, etc. to various organizations, including the commercial Business Unit, the AMP team, and logistics• Generate and coordinate the market level S&OP meeting ensuring alignment between multiple organizations with respect to demand, supply, process change management, and inventory risk• Lead the launch and subsequent monitoring post-launch of new products (including the simultaneous launch of three biosimilar brands in one quarter) with an emphasis on multiple varying demand scenarios utilizing the assistance of cross functional teams from across the network• Create a digitized “one stop shop” for brand / BU metrics regarding FE, FB, % in stock, and MOH in Tableau with the assistance of counterparts in the CA Supply Chain and AMP, allowing for the ease of preparation, consistent standardization, and the capability to quickly adapt to market, BU, brand, or SKU• Contribute to the roll out, deliverables, and implementation of the New Product Launch Optimization Team, including work on the long-range planning consensus meeting, top down forecasting, potential changes to the AFW process, and a budget process that will afford accurately determined year end inventory
