I am a private chef with 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, specializing in food cost management and food preparation. I have a Certificate of Cookery from TAFE College Queensland Australia and a Food Hygiene Certificate from City & Guilds Nations. Currently, I am employed as a private chef at The Strand Partners, a prestigious private estate, where I create exquisite and customized menus for high-profile owners and guests. Previously, I worked as a mega yacht chef for five years, serving on board the M/Y Mucho Mas and the M/Y RH3, both dual season charter yachts that traveled across the Mediterranean, Caribbean and the Bahamas.I have also worked in five-star hotels ,restaurants and executive chef at private yacht clubs, honing my upper management and food cost control abilities. I have been featured in the Dockwalk magazine in 2021 for my outstanding performance at the Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show.
