Responsible for directing all aspects of the Accounting Department of a $30M manufacturer of industrial abrasives and coatings. Supervised five professional and clerical employees in the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and cost accounting areas. Developed and maintain internal accounting controls. Coordinated the monthly closing process and maintained accurate and complete general ledger reconciliations and documentation. Prepared and analyzed financial statements, annual budgets, and treasury information. Completed treasury management including, line of credit audits, Industrial Development Revenue Bond administration and reporting. Administered the company 401K. Completed all aspects of the annual company audit.
