I analyze the operations and and structure of the businesses as well as determine if the business is viable to expand and at what point the business will be able to make a profit.

I oversaw the operations of 5 subway locations, and assisted in the operation of 12 additional stores from Mid Michigan to Atlantic Coast Florida. Responsible for the development of management staff as well as successful operations of restaurants. During my time as supervisor I developed many operational systems that improved operations, some of these have been implemented nationally. I hired, trained, and supported 6 store managers and 2 area supervisors. My strength is not just operations, but human relations as well. I also became the person in charge of all repairs and maintenance. Have a working knowledge of all restaurant equipment as well as electric, plumbing, and general construction.
