Gregory J. Orr has over thirty years of diverse business experience in a variety of roles including C-Level executive management as COO, CFO , plus senior level positions as Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development, Director of Finance, Vice President & Regional Manager, Area General Manager and President of The Orr Group, his broadband consulting company. Some of the communication companies that Mr. Orr has been employed by include Continental Cablevision, Adelphia Communications, Century Communications and Masada Cable Partners. He has extensive experience in new start-up business development, broadband consulting, operations, finance, engineering, marketing, corporate development, and management consulting.Gregory was a pioneer in the development of early Two-Way HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coax) and Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) networks in the United States. He has worked on numerous broadband projects ranging from small private cable operations to a major fiber deployment serving over sixty cities in the Midwest for Cynergy (now Duke Energy) with capital investments of over $100M. Many of the projects that Gregory has been involved in where communities that were under served or rural areas not served by other broadband providers. All total, Mr. Orr has been involved in projects that represents capital investments of over $500M.Mr. Orr obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration while majoring in Accounting with Minors in Engineering and Economics from the University of Tennessee. Additionally, he completed an Executive Management Program at Bradley University in Peoria , Illinois.
