Project and Materials Development Leader• Managed several material and product improvement projects with varying timeframes. o Projects were focused on KOTEX® pads and included absorbent material, body side liner and packaging improvements. o Led a cross-functional team (Marketing, Operations, Finance, R&E) through development cycle.• Key Accomplishments o Delivered product improvement in less then 12 months with 6 resources and $1.3 MM capital budget resulting in a significant improvement to both Brand and Bottom Line.  Brand challenged in market, drove improvement which stabilized share and resulted in significant increase in testimonials to complaints.
