We offer fast onsite response and great pricing compared to the OEM's.I personally have 26 years experience servicing LC/MS instrumentation, primarily Sciex's line of Quadrupole Mass Spectrometers, Hybrid Linear-Ion-Traps and Time-of-Flight instruments as well as Waters Acquity/Xevo TQD's and Shimadzu's 80xx series mass specs. I also support many brands of LC equipment such as CTC-PAL, Shimadzu, Agilent, and Waters. And I can service many models of Peak Scientific and Parker Gas Generators. I also write field service documentation including forms, work instructions, IQOQ, IPV, and SOPs. I have trained many new service engineers over the years and developed training program material. I also design custom LC/MS instrument benches that dramatically reduce system footprint in the lab and look great.
