I am focused upon serving two specific business sectors recently; Aviation and Industrial (Chemical/Oil). Currently, I have developed the capabilities to service these client's specific needs relate to Special Safety Requirements: TWIC, DISA, Site Specific Safety, Three Rivers Safety, TSA, H2S Monitors, FFR and Drug Screens. Managed sales activities of Regional and Inside Sales team of approximately 35 team members. Secured numerous national accounts during my tenure to include several Fortune 500 companies. Divisional sales obtained during my tenure exceeded 100 million or 300% increase. Sales activities we focus upon transport packaging, related equipment and 3PL services. Hired and developed the Regional Sales team to expand sales coverage on a national basis.

Solon, Ohio

Oversaw the distribution operations serving non-GM Delphi customers. Operations included a 200,000 Sf fully automated distribution facility and adjoining 50,000 Sf packaging facility. Facility shipped world-wide serving the automotive and heavy equipment industries. Key focus was to improve the relationship between management and hourly work-force following a Teamster's unionization campaign. I achieved improvements as unionization activities diminished during my tenure.

Managed the finished goods distribution center of over 205,000 Sf. Responsible for shipping over 360 million dollars of inventory annually. Facility was state-of-the-art with an ASRS and RF order processing. Operated on 3 shifts totaling approximately 60 team members. Regularly during my tenure, distribution operation exceed monthly and annual goals for dollars shipped and shipping accuracy.

Started career with Kmart in 1982 as temporary employee while in college. Worked my way up into management while performing every hourly job assignment across all three shifts. Was the first person to complete corporate distribution management program in 1990. Served as Assistant HR and Asst. Shift Manager prior to promotion to 2nd Shift Operation Manager in 1992. As Shift Operations Manager, I directed the activities of 12 Supervisors and over 230 hourly team members. Departments included Shipping, Receiving, Security, Repack, Case-pack, Put-away and Maintenance across 2 million Sf automated Distribution Center.
