Perform various management tasks including but not limited to the following: o FAA 135 certificate Management, including application, certification and continued operations. Responsibilities include serving as FAA Director of Operations and Chief Piloto Procurement and management of wide body aircraft ACMI leaseso Procurement and management of IATA interline agreements with major US and International carriers.o Management and coordination of daily flight operations for company operated routeso Set up and management of agency agreements in Latin America, Caribbean USA for sales and operations representationo Development of company-wide Standard Operations Procedures for flight operations, finance and sales departments

· Perform various management tasks including but not limited to the following: o Directed business development projects in the Caribbean region. o Development of new air cargo markets in US Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Miami. o Management and coordination of daily flight operational decisions, flight schedules, cargo consolidations o Prepared solicitation response for a United States Postal Service contract, including set up of operational and financial procedures (5 year, $35 million contract) o Set up representation in major cities for cargo sales and trained new sales force. o Institution of new operational procedures o Assisted in expense reductions, help cut company expenditures by 35% over 6 months o Assisted in implementation of FAA Part 121 Airline Transport Certification o Implementation of company wide operations/accounting software
