Led product management teams for DTCC's Institutional Trade Processing business (ITP - formerly known as Omgeo). Led ITP's core transaction business, specifically related to post-trade and pre-settlement securities processing. Headed ITP's T2 planning, design and implementation teams in the successful conversion to shortened settlement cycles in the US, while chairing the industry's sub-working group on Post-Trade Matching & SSI Enrichment. Guided ITP's "Matching Interoperability" initiative with the newly approved SEC Exempt Clearing Agencies, developed new pricing models that enhanced client value while promoting more cost efficient trade processing capabilities, and replaced long-standing legacy products with new technology based on open architecture.

Headed business development and marketing for Micro Design Services (MDS) prior to its acquisition by SS&C . Developed new product and marketing strategies for the company's new trading and mobility solutions.

Led team providing unique business consulting services to tier 1 sell side firms, identifying new internal crossing opportunities including "dark", "opaque" and other electronic negotiation models. Worked closely with industry analysts to identify industry crossing trends positioning Headstrong as a thought leader in financial technology. Prior to acquisition by Headstrong in 2004, directed global operations of Elind Private LTD and managed the company's expansion into the North American market, establishing the company's first large scale deployment into the market. Positioned the company's electronic exchange system to meet the industry requirement for more efficient trading processes (under Reg NMS & Mifid), including internal crossing mechanisms within the sell side and buy side segments.

General Manager of the company's Securities Systems unit and also served as Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing. Led the core US business, operations and technology functions offering innovative solutions in exchange technology, alternative trading & order management systems. Served as Senior Vice President for TCAM systems, which was acquired by OMX in 1999.

Founded the business providing touch screen order management terminals to the NYSE member firms and sell side broker dealers, which became the foundation for NYFIX's "FIX" transaction network electronically linking buy side institutions to sell side broker dealers & exchanges. Responsible for designing one of the industry's first FIX compliant order management systems, selling to the company's first 10 clients, all tier 1 investment banks.
