We are working closely with the University of Wyoming and Southern Methodist University Lyle School of Engineering to continue to innovate. While Oil and Gas production is our main focus we are developing verticals in environmental remediation and clean up, Coal mine reclamation, agriculture and livestock water recycling, desalinization and others. We are the exclusive distributor and supplier of both diesel and gas generators/gen sets for oil and gas field applications as well as other uses, such as On Demand Power. After much research and bringing together some of the top people in the business, we import the top of the line generators supplied by ON POWER, Grupos Geradores of Brazil. https://onpower.ind.br/en/home/ On Power uses Volvo and Scania engines and top of the line Woodward controllers. We also use various companies to "trailer" our Gen Sets. In Fort Worth we work with BT Trailers to "tailer" our gen sets. We are fully operational and prepared to meet any RFP and provide TOP OF THE LINE power generation, with CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY, and UNMATCHED SERVICE.

A name change/addition with MultiTech Water Recycling was dedicated to creating and managing the plants and facilities utilizing the technologies gathered by AquapheX™ Total Water Solutions, LLC. Both were dedicated to protecting and preserving our water resources using various technologies and techniques with our technology partners and others, to recycle water from drilling and fracking operations, both flowback and produced water. The goal was to recycle nearly 100% of the water from such operations removing organics including hydrocarbons, and bacteria to undetectable levels. Also reducing TDS and TSS and metals dramatically. Also remove H2S or "sour gas." This is all done with minimal chemicals and no application of heat or cold.

Water processing and recycling. Research and development of water processing methods and creating alliances to process water, mainly from oil and gas operations, so that the water is re-used in those same operations and working to eliminate disposal of water.

Specialties of the firm included Protecting Wealth: The law firm concentrated on acting as Trial Lawyers in Civil Litigation including commercial, business, Oil and Gas and Energy, commercial real estate litigation and trials as well as possessing extensive experience in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death litigation and trials. The firm also handled the dissolution, division and sale of business and corporate interests. The Firm assisted clients in the Creation of Wealth by the creation and counseling of business entities both new and on-going. Also by assisting investors, equity partners and private equity in the purchase, acquisition and investment in new and existing small businesses. International clients were assisted in all of the things mentioned above and in international business transactions and investment both within and and from foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Jones was Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Litigation and in the specialty of Personal Injury Litigation. He was also selected as a "Texas Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly magazine 2003 through 2015, an honor held by less than 5% of the states attorneys. Mr. Jones also served as the President of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association and was on the Board of Directors for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association for 20 years and the Board of Directors for the Association of Trial Lawyers of American ( Now American Association for Justice). Mr. Jones was also accorded the highest rating for both skill as an attorney and ethics by Martindale-Hubbell from 1999 through 2015, the oldest national organization rating attorneys in the United States. Mr. Jones no longer practices law and has resigned his license in the State of Texas and is not currently licensed to practice law.

Elected to office in 2004 and served for 3 years. Ran unopposed the next election and served an additional 3 years. Term limited from office after 6 years.
