As a ServiceNow developer with a wealth of experience in custom application development, I have played an instrumental role in supporting multiple government organizations. Currently, as a developer for the City and County of San Francisco, I am responsible for enhancing and providing ongoing support for numerous custom ServiceNow applications that are used across various departments and agencies. In this role, I work in an Agile environment alongside business analysts, project managers, and testing resources to design and implement complex business rules and workflows using Glide System APIs. Additionally, I provide production support and troubleshoot complex issues, while also customizing UI/UX using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Script Includes.In my role with the United States Department of Agriculture, I led the development of a custom scoped ServiceNow application for tracking print orders. This application featured a sophisticated architecture with table inheritance and several M2M relationships, heavy use of Flow Designer with dozens of Flows, Subflows, and Actions, as well as UI/UX customization and extended service delivery to external systems via REST integrations.

As a Solution Engineer and Change Manager at the National Information Technology Center (NITC), my responsibilities included serving as a liaison between NITC and customers' leadership, stakeholders, and Operations and Security Divisions. I created and managed thousands of Incidents/Problem/Changes and Tasks with a focus on impacted services, and drove technical strategies and solutions to migrate entire technology stacks to the cloud for multiple federal government agencies as part of the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative (FDCCI). I collaborated closely with customers to define end-to-end architecture in all aspects of their cloud migration and created a repeatable process that greatly reduced customer’s cloud migration complexity and dependencies, while mitigating potential risks and impacts on customers’ business.Additionally, I supported a multi-tenant UiPath RPA implementation for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. I assisted with upgrades, patching, access issues, and monitoring the environment. I built virtual hosts, installed UiPath Orchestrator and database software, expanded the environment to accommodate new customers with additional bot server capacity, onboarded new developers and addressed questions, and engaged UiPath support frequently to address issues with the environment.
