Develop, conduct and evaluate studies of complex HQ installation management programs, policies and procedures. Initiate, develop methodology and strategy for analytical projects assessing the effectiveness and business management needs of HQ installation management programs. Review and analyze sophisticated HQ installation management programs and IMCOM Business Rules. Independently prioritize, coordinate and resolve HQ study issues with higher command components. Independently execute the principles and practices of effective quality management through all management programs. Lead representative for Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Strategies and Studies. Ensure the organization’s strategic plan; mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into work plans. Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, milestones, and timeframes. Coach the team in selecting and applying appropriate problem solving methods, provide advice on work methods, practices and procedures and assist team members. Lead the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established work flow, skill level and occupational specialization. Train or arrange for training of team members. Monitor and report on the status and progress of work, and review completed work to see that instructions on work priorities, deadlines and quality have been met. Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information. Represent the team in dealings with the supervisor. Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to identify, analyze, and improve team effectiveness. Resolve simple, informal complaints of employees. Intercede with the supervisor to regarding performance mgt issues and problems and recommend changes concerning promotions, reassignments, tour of duty changes and performance appraisals.
