  I have thirty years of experience in the design, development and administration of programs in education, economic development, environmental impact and public health. I have worked within and outside government, domestically and abroad. In the US, I have helped to shape federal administrative policy as a high level employee in the Department of Education, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Environmental Protection Agency. I have also served as a development consultant, a management analyst and contract author in the private nonprofit and for-profit sectors. I have contributed to major disaster relief and post conflict stabilization and development projects in thirty countries and have developed community outreach and media engagement programs throughout the US. These efforts have focused on the health and education of women and children and on the needs of communities that are underserved and at-risk. My clients have included the American Management Association, the UN World Food Programme and various components of the US Department of Health and Human Services.Currently, I am providing consultant services in support of one of three federal grants centers of excellence. The centers were established in support the White House e-gov initiative.
