Technical Support Analyst
• Provide onsite and remote support for the San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices (~65 users)• Administer and provide support for firm used software applications including but not limited to: OpenText DMS, Workshare, Compulaw, Concordance, Juris Suite, MacPac, Casemap, Case Notebook, Office 2010 products, Mimosa and Mimecast• Configure, install, update, troubleshoot, repair and replace computer systems, terminals, peripheral equipment, mobile devices and related hardware• Maintain organization’s Citrix server and handle issues or requests in the Citrix environment• Work closely and effectively with vendors to repair/replace defective hardware and software• Set up offsite Mock Trial environment for litigation department• Build and administer Litigation Department’s Concordance and Case Notebook databases• Set up network functionality for Walnut Creek office• Provide all software training to new staff and attorneys• Maintain company website, update information as needed• Design and update company brochures with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
