Baisch Engineering is a full service process integration engineering firm specializing in industrial applications, specifically pulp & paper and energy markets. Responsibilities at Baisch included architectural detailing,drafting, master planning, accessibility and egress design, building code analysis, project management, proposal writing, project cost estimating, and shop drawing review. Project experience primarily included industrial design projects, feasibility studies, and commercial projects.

West Allis, Wi

This was an early internship at a small design firm in West Allis, Wisconsin. This was an important job in that it provided valuable insight into the demands and expectations of the architectural profession. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:-Field measuring and documentation-AutoCAD drafting-Building design and support services-Project visualization and graphics

Menasha, Wi

This was a summer internship for the Menasha School District and Martenson & Eisele, Inc. The task was to produce a set of AutoCAD floor plans of all the Menasha schools. These plans were to be used by the local police and fire departments for safety and evacuation purposes. The Menasha school district contains eight schools in total, all of which had to be documented and drawn in under three months. Responsibilities at this internship included:-Procuring, organizing, and understanding existing building drawings and documentation-Building field measurement and verification-AutoCAD drafting and document production
