With 10 years in construction management and 17 years in the construction industry I pride my self on my dedication and loyalty to the completion of any task in which I’m given. Ive worked my way from an apprentice carpenter to team supervisor and from there to the current position I hold now as a Superintendant, managing the development of a $70 million project. Through out my career I’ve acquired my general contractors license, have taken courses in project management and developed people and management skills that cannot be taught in the classroom. I have performed in not just the home building industry but also in the apartment maintenance sector. I’ve become highly organized, with a great working knowledge of generating schedules for both employees and sub contractors, multiple computer applications including Word, Xcell and Microsoft Project. I can work closely with RFI and Budget management and much more. When I’m not working I’m either at the softball fields or at Karate with my #1s.
