System Engineer:Developed product requirements and architecture definition of a SONET OC-48 encryptor. Suported product integration testing. Managed schedules and budgets for the systems tasks. Developed security verification test procedures and supported customer witnessed security verification testing. Digital Design/VLSI Design:Developed secure cryptographic digital designs and supporting control functionality implemented in Custom VLSI/ASIC and Gate Array technologies for embedment in military equipment. Perform detailed design, synthesis, simulation, static timing analysis, power analysis, fault grade, floor planning, chip fabrication support and post fabrication validation and debug. Performed security analysis of designs and performed customer witnessed security verification testing. Designs developed using VHDL RTL, Verilog RTL and I-Logix Statemate coding languages. Synthesis and timing analysis performed using Synopsys and Verilog tool sets. Designs implemented within 3.0 micron to 0.35 micron CMOS technologies.
