The PAAA is an association representing the UK Automotive Performance Aftermarket Industry, from EU legislative issues through to the sharing of technical and commercial information. I am one of the founding members and currently hold the position of Chairman.I remain committed to supporting and promoting this very important UK industry.

I have overview and strategic direction of all elements of the business, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Marketing.I still maintain a close involvement in Engineering Design, as this is one of Eibach's and my own core competences.

Responsible for all Engineering Development at Eibach UK, from performance to cost. Dealing with a very diverse customer base from F1, through McLaren Automotive to Armoured Vehicles.

Engineering, Project Management and Commercial issues pertaining to main UK OEM customer business (JLR, Aston Martin, Lotus)

Project Management of the R50 BMW Mini Steering System delivery. Ensuring delivery on time and on cost. Overcoming obstacles political and engineering. Answering to both NSK Steering Systems Board and BMW Germany / BMW Cowley as the customer contact.

Started as Graduate Trainee. Promoted to Project Manager before the end of my training scheme. Responsible for the on time, on cost, delivery of various projects, including the Truck and Marine industry.

Placement during Mechanical Engineering degree, worked in the Polymer and Composite Structural Materials division.Worked on a variety of projects as a design engineer - none of which I can detail due to signing the Official Secrets Act!
