The ILEC (Independent Telephone Company) Service Manager is first point of contact for the ILEC customer base and internal AT&T departments for complex network related issues and troubles. Designed initial River telemetry system which allowed all required parameters to be observed, monitored, logged, and controlled from remote locations using either radio or telephone telemetry.• Black Warrior River: System Analyst recognized by Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) for the longest successful continuous River Monitoring system in the U.S. System monitored pollution levels and automatically dispersed notification alerts if pollutants rose above regulated thresholds. Maintained RTU’s (radio telemetry units) hardware and remote access software.• Co-Designed Utility Billing Software which was purchased and distributed nation-wide by Schlumberger Utility Company. Software collected meter data from a handheld meter reader or manual input. Printed bills on customer forms, accepted payments, etc.
