Over thirty years of project management and process engineering experience on projects for upstream oil, petroleum refining, petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Experience includes project management from proposal preparation through FEED, engineering, procurement, construction, field engineering, commissioning and process design.As Project Management Consultant, I have analyzed projects and provided guidance to confidential clients in the areas of scheduling, budgets, safety, quality and risk management for areas of improvement.Managed successfully projects with major oil and gas companies such as ExxonMobil, Sunoco, Shell Oil, Hess and others also NOCs such as PDO and KNPC.As an example, I have completed for Nigerdock PLC in Nigeria as Senior Project Manager with full EPC responsibility including cost, schedule, safety and quality completed an offshore project for ExxonMobil. I turned project from bid at lost to a profit, ahead of schedule, without loss time accident and exceeded quality targets.In refining, I have managed projects for Exxon, Texaco and Suncor. In petrochemicals, my experience includes ConocoPhilips, Shell Chemicals and others. I have successfully managed projects with major chemical companies such as BASF, Hüls America, Sunoco and others.In the pharmaceutical industry, managed and successful delivered projects with pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, Sandoz, Schering Plough, and others. Experience includes specialized unique requirements for pharmaceutical industry. As Corporate Risk Manager’s role identified and managed the risk profiles and the proposed mitigation methods for the risks on proposals, tenders and projects under execution. Lowered the risk profiles for projects across the business units with specific mitigation plans in place.I have worked successfully overseas as project manager on projects in the Middle East, Far East [Japan] and Africa and also used offices in India.
