As a Sr. project manager for Barnhart, Inc., Mr. Anderson’s responsibilities include oversight for the project team, reviewing and tracking imperative construction documents between contractors, sub-contractors, and the owner, as well as the architect and the inspector on a daily basis to ensure efficient productivity between all. Mr. Anderson closely monitors the entire project, including scheduling, RFIs, submittals, material deliveries, accounting, trade contractor payments, and construction progress.
