14 years as an IT professional. I have acquired my skills through working my way up from a student worker at Mount St. Mary's University, to full time Help Desk support, then moving up to the Networking department. I gained my skills through hard work, adaptability, and excelling in communication. I am always willing to help others and learn as much as I can.
