Lead functional analysts on a team responsible for development and maintenance of an enterprise data warehouse with 30+ systems of records and ~10 downstream consumers of data related to ~85,000 life insurance, disability, and annuity policies. Acted as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, up and downstream applications, application developers and QA teams. • Lead SME of a Data Warehouse based on star and snowflake schema, with knowledge of data elements, subject areas, and table relationships of ~350 tables. Included daily hands-on complex SQL query writing for data analysis, ensuring data integrity, and executing gap analysis to facilitate new data, subject areas, and downstream consumers. • Direct interaction with 30+ data providers (SORs) for the warehouse utilizing various proprietary data feed structures to ensure data mapping and accuracy.• Leading a multi-year project for converting 17 legacy SORs to a third-party vendor platform. Lead a team of SMEs from multiple data consumers from the Enterprise Data Warehouse to define a comprehensive, consolidated feed set encapsulating all required data elements. Defined the table structures for the Master Data Hub staging environment including DQ rule definition, ETL rules for the various consumers, and coordination with downstream consumers to resolve data issues. • Collaborate with system architect, data modeler and developers for warehouse enhancements to support new subject areas including FRD, TDD, data mapping, data modeling, and defining ETL logic.• Data model architecture analysis for creating a cloud-based data hub in Azure Synapse to provide a single source of data for analytics with a long-term vision of incorporating multiple data warehouse applications into a single data store.
