Worked with Starhub to develop multiple channel/DID SIP truck as a replacement for DEL hunting and ISDN as one of the first SIP truck providers in Singapore. Pivoted the company to provide M2M data connectivity for credit card terminals, vending machines, EV chargers, GPS tracking device and IoT devices.Developed fleet management and GPS tracking using own M2M connectivity with more than 6000 connected devices as a growing ARR business. Conceptualize, architect, design and delivered the core framework and functionalities of the current enterprise product suite allowing for implementation to a large client base through configurations and extensibility. Established the quality assurance process for automation, regression, load and stress testing as well as defect management. Established the software change management process for source and version control.

As development manager for EMEA, I had overall team responsibilities for the implementation of the WMS solution across Europe and Africa. Designed and implemented retail web fulfilment solutions for Sainsbury and Somerfield, interfaces for various Material Handling Equipment including sortation, conveyors, pick-to-light and automated storage and retrieval system for Friggoscannia, 2-phase pick & drop put-away, picking and replenishment for very narrow aisle (VNA) for Kuehne & Nagel, Just-in-time (JIT) fulfilment for Dell as well as calendar billing module for 3rd party logistics operators.

EXE was a leading warehouse management software vendor where I picked up my domain knowledge in warehouse management and supply chain logistics. I also learnt how software are developed as a product with a single codebase with configurable parameters and hooks for customizations.With strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, I was able to rescue a number of projects from failure by identifying and isolating key problems to provide quick resolution to the issues.Design, developed and implemented a distributed warehousing system for Philippines Long Distance Telecommunications (PLDT) to provide a decision support system. Project involved consolidation of inventory and financial information from more than 60 warehouses across the country into a central server and interfaces with the SmartStream financial software package.

InfoLab was one of the pioneers in web publishing companies in Singapore when I saw websites as a disruptive technology. I was responsible for training a team of software developers working with creative artists from mainstream advertising agencies to create websites for Singapore Parliament, Hewlett Packard, Action for Aids as well as online search directories for World Book.
