Overall deployment includes reach-through and integration w/ existing Northbound OSS/BSS as well as “Westbound” mgmt. systems controlling information such as IPAM, VLAN mgmt., Inventory. (~50% travel)- Heavy involvement with multi-vendor SDN/NVF components and cloud based (Azure/AWS) virtual services. Orchestration communication model was both direct to the managed device or via the vendor’s Controller/NMS.- Management responsibilities of the NA/CALA Network Integration team with the mandate to deliver POCs via customized software built on the Blue Planet micro-services architecture- Developed various Solutions Guides and “Best Practices” knowledge base articles for use by Sales, Sales Engineers, Partners, and Support/Technical Assistance Center. Held “train the trainer” sessions for knowledge transfer to Partners, Sales Engineers, 3rd party course instructors.
