Monitors and rates performance appraisals on lower personnel. Coordinates and provides training and technical power to improve lowers performance plans. Provides technical guidance and logistical support for a foreign Military Unit attached to US Forces.REASON FOR LEAVING: Required to maintain dual role status from Military and federal employment/ NON retained on Military force due to reduction in force

I am experienced in all Fleet management, Operations, Planning, GSA equipment operations and maintenance (Vehicles under our authority). I am a GPC asset card holder and appropriations for General purchases for Fleet Management. I am an individual capable of quick independent decision making with sound judgment, experienced in staff management, training and project scheduling. I am proficient in emergency, personnel and equipment movements, coordination and operations. I have PC/Computer skills, Memorandums and briefing attributes. Experienced in Fleet Management of various types of equipment including truck-lines, heavy equipment, military equipment and small vehicles. Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, oil analysis programs and recovery programs for damaged equipment. Also experienced in Electrical, AC/DC arenas of installations and troubleshooting. Proficient in logistics and work orders for foreign contracted Military force attached to Texas Forces. Performs work orders, labor rates and appropriations for equipment not proprietary to U.S. equipment. Work with subordinate personnel and job assignments according to position. I am willing to accept a lower position or location if required.
