Continued to support all current product lines & added several product lines that Thermo aquired consisting of (shakers, centrifuges, incubators, ovens, furnaces, vacuum freeze dryers and cryo freezers). Continued servicing the Cytomat laboratory automation products, many of which are now intigrated into Thermo's CRS (Canadian Robotic Systems) robotics platforms. Continued to train & mentor new Field Service Engineers & assist with adjoining territories.

Continued to support Kendro Laboratory Products medical and research products including new incubators, refrigerators and -80 freezers for academia, medical and research facilities. Took on the new Biotechnology and Emergent Medical Technologies that Kendro acquired. Trained and supported the high throughput laboratory automation product, Cytomat in the St Louis territory and throughout the Midwest. Trained & mentored several new Field Service Engineers & helped them get up to speed in their territories.

Greater St. Louis Area

Field Service Engineer in the greater St Louis area supporting numerous Biomedical products (clinical chemistry analyzers, centrifuges, safety cabinets and incubators) in prestigious medical facilities, research facilities and academia throughout St Louis and adjacent areas. Periodically traveled to other geographic regions to assist other Service and Sales Reps in support capabilities. Also supported several vacated territories along with mine until the open Field Service Positions were filled. Managed the failing Kansas City territory & brought it back to it's former level of service revenues before turning it over to a new Field Service Engineer.

Field Service Engineer covering the United States; supporting propriatary software/hardware platform for operator monitoring at the countrys prominant phone companys (Southwestern Bell, Continental Bell, Southern Bell, Michigan Bell ...). Responsible for pre sale inspection and product development to fit the customer needs. In house testing of the finished product, customer site pre installation prep. Product hardware set up and installation, software installation and system testing at customer site. Customer training on system operation and system monitoring during the initialization process.
