Responsible for leading a dedicated team on two large Federal Government Healthcare and Regulatory agencies.Programs successfully delivered included; a 200 node managed data network transition, a managed 40,000 end user VPN platform, Converged Voice, Video, and Data infrastructure for a 10,000 user campus, technology transition to SIP enabled services, custom AV facilities for training and education rooms, Secure Wireless LAN, professional IT staff augmentation services.

Managed the development and delivery of Data Network solutions to the agency. Led team consisting of dedicated managed services on site personnel, as well as life cycle engineers. Responsible for business services growth of data network based solutions.Award of agency Data Network contract under FTS2001 replacing a legacy SNA based data network with 3000 circuits with a Frame/ATM based architecture for 1500 field offices and 6 data centers, which was later migrated to an MPLS platform to leverage technology changes for voice and video convergenceLed Verizon team development and delivery of Nortel platform for converged Voice Pilot. Nortel solution was subsequently selected by the agency.
