After a 1st experience in the CIB industry, where I notably held a position of global responsibility in Operations at CACIB, I continued my career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger and Monitor Deloitte. In 2019, I joined Global Strategy Group, the strategy practice of KPMG, to develop and lead the Financial Services as well as the Operating Strategy & Cost practices. I advise ExCo members on Corporate Strategy issues, transformation of business models, operating strategy and cost transformation / reduction.
