I also was responsible for forecasting monthly withdrawal and retention, new faculty orientation, training workshops and seminars for the education department, supervision and monitoring of evening program to include implementation of new and revised programs and to conduct annual performance evaluations of employees. Additionally responsibilities include preparation of files and procedures for accreditation and education department audits and to assume the responsibilities of the DOE in his / her absence. Was instrumental in the launch of two new Associate Degree programs (Criminal Justice and Medical Practice Management) and participated in annual audits from our National Accreditors - ACICS, COE and TWC. I have been asked to move to ‘problem’ operations to bring them up to an operational level that corrected serious revenue and profit problems. I was also responsible for developing and implementing the systems needed to ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and accrediting commission entities, and develop a committed team of performers that would sustain the progress we achieved. In all cases, I have been successful in achieving the mandates expected and elevated the operations to new levels of performance. The campuses ranged in size from 125 to 550 students.

Responsible for all disciplinary issues related to the student population, coordinated all curricula upgrades and revisions for the entire school, facilitated all staff meetings, managed HR processes inclusive of selection / hiring / training and development of instructional staff, functioned as liaison between organization and county officials. Additionally, provided instruction in Math and Science. This operation had a rotating student population ranging from 150-250 students.

Managed a caseload of 50 - 75 probationers. Ensured compliance to all probationary Orders of the Court. Provided all probationers counseling, mentoring, and career guidance on an on-going basis. Primary focus on minimizing the rate of recidivism through intense interaction to reverse probationers' attitudes and goals.
