I had been a Bluegreen Vacation Agent since February of 2021. During my sales tenure I have been a consistent performer. I feel that I have been an Integral component in our team success by helping our entire team get enough leads to hit and exceed our objectives each month. I have 43 years of experience in sales leadership, and I felt I could lead our team to a top preforming site. In June of 2021 I was promoted to the Sales Manager for Bluegreen Vacations at our Cabela’s El Paso Location. Our team has been among the top performing teams in the Western Business Unit and repeatedly outperforming our sales budget and sales goals.During my three-year tenure I was responsible for hiring, staffing, motivating, and training all our sales associates. During my leadership, our store enjoyed one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the country. I maintained staffing levels throughout the year accurate sales reporting and forecasting. During my time with Bluegreen Vacations, we enjoyed recruiting new team members via our employee referral program. This seemed to aid in team morale and a fun and friendly workplace environment.
