My passion for high-quality affordable healthcare has led me to the Marketing, Sales & Business Development team at Kaiser Permanente (KP). I, along with my team represent KP in the large group market in Colorado. We articulate & deliver the message of KP's vertically integrated health system & commitment to population health management. KP is the largest non-profit organization in the state of Colorado. In 2020 KP donated over 136 million to various philanthropic & community health initiatives. The large group team actively represents KP & their partnerships in Colorado. Aside from building relationships & representing KP in the market, I'm active within the organization working alongside underwriting to effectively analyze RFP’s & build out solutions for our broker partners. Prior to joining KP, I've held several different roles within healthcare & analytics. I started at the Berkeley Research Group on the Healthcare Performance Improvement team focused on optimizing Workforce Management & Labor Productivity within large hospital systems. From there I spent time at the Medical Group Management Association as a Data Analyst analyzing physician compensation & productivity data while building out benchmarking reports for physicians, consulting firms, medical practices & hospitals to use. Most recently I worked as a financial analyst & senior consultant at HUB International helping mid to large employer groups manage costs associated with monitoring and marketing their health plans.I spent two years at Hastings College on a basketball scholarship before transferring to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science & Pre-Medical Studies along with a minor in Statistics. I currently hold an active Resident Life, Accident & Health Producer license in the State of Colorado.
