About Gregory Matijevic

A lot of what I’ve learned about customer service and sales came from my employment at K-Mart, whereby I addressed and solved customer issues in order to maintain a strong relationship with both new and existing customers. My abilities to fulfill my customers’ needs led me to the promotion of Sales and Customer Service Manager, a position I’ve held for 2 years. Currently I’m employed with Second Cup Cafe in Toronto, Canada as a shift supervisor. My responsibilities include maintaining a healthy relationship with customers and ensuring a friendly teamwork environment with my coworkers. I am also responsible for pushing company-set goals through selling various products and promoting the latest deals.In 2010 I was fortunate enough to earn a work experience internship with Flight Centre Australia, where I’m originally from.Within 3 years I have traveled to 5 different continents, 36 countries in total, leading me to my current position in Canada. I've proven time and time again my ability to build and maintain a reliable relationship with my customers, which has flourished throughout my 9 years’ worth of sales and customer service experience. I believe I would be an excellent asset to your team and I look forward to working with you.
