Direct Care Professional
Current-Performing daily household chores such as cooking, cleaning and resident laundry-Assist residents with essential care needed for any activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility-Maintain all prescribed daily exercises and range of motion activities-Educate residents and families on nutrition, cleanliness-Daily electronic charting on new patient behaviors and changes made during shift and sudden signs of declination-Preforming oral and written daily reports on any changes, moods and activities-Stock patient bathrooms with clean towels and toilet paper-Daily patient living area and bathroom deep cleanings including vacuuming, dusting, toilet and floor cleaning-Trained/Work administering patient medications--Manage patient scheduled and ensure all doctor's appointments are kept-Performed light housekeeping duties and meal preparation and proper dosages-Administered medications following doctor's order-Help patients with ADL including bathing, dressing and eating-Document all patients behaviors or changes in mood.
