Mr. McBride-Bey has experience in providing TEAM Coverage and support of Mental Health Services as a member of ACT TEAM 3, which requires the facilitation of rehabilitation with the use of psycho-educational teaching and instruction, providing expertise and consultation from a consumer perspective to promote hope to consumers and empowerment, possess strong communication skills to collaborate with the TEAM to help Consumers learn of self-help opportunities, participate in the development of the ISSP, Assessment and Treatment Plan and conducts ongoing periodic reviews and meetings with the Consumer, family and other network members, including Clinical Care documentation and one hundred percent accurate billing of services. This candidate also, participates in DBH Training relevant to position and interests in coordination with Licensed Professional Counselor and SupervisorFive years of case management and one-to-one counseling on ACT TEAM with consumers to identify and manage mental health deficits and diagnosis.
