Perform EVMS analysis, risk assessment and critical path analysis with resultant recommended mitigation strategies to the Navy Sea Warrior Program (PMW 240). Development efforts were provided by five different programs with support from six competencies located in Norfolk, VA, New Orleans, LA, Pensacola, FL, Orlando, FL, Crane, IN, and San Diego, CA.

Developed and established business development strategies for penetrating the greater Houston Petro-Chemical industry for marketing natural gas. Performed profitability analysis and strategies for current and new projects under consideration for go/no go proposal submittals. Negotiation of gas delivery contract terms and conditions. Developed and maintained communications and relationship building with current and potential customers for the capture of new business. Ensured compliance with contract agreements from vendors and coordinated internal and 3rd party resources to effectively implement campaigns. Additionally. solicitation of major pipeline companies for the availability of non-core pipeline assets.

Developed detailed engineering plans and schedules for pipeline compressor/pump stations: to include, WBS development, task duration and resource requirements and inter-dependencies. Additionally, senior contributor to the development of processes and procedures for a resource based Earned Value Management (EVM) system utilizing Primavera P6 project management software.

Coordinated the Trident Life Extension Missile Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development with the following IPT disciplines: Flight Controls, Support Equipment, System Engineering, Sub-Contractor representatives, Project Office and Naval Government Representatives. Developed, maintenance and associated analysis of Program Metrics for the schedule section of the IMP/IMS.

Coordinated the development, implementation, status update and analysis of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) plans and schedule for the rebuild of the Exxon Baytown Plant. Chaired planning meetings and coordinated priorities between the Exxon (Customer) Project Management, Functional Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. Primavera Project Management software was used as the Project Management tool. Development, implementation, status update and analysis of the Process Engineering system development phase (consisting of approximately 2,000 tasks and associated project milestones) of the ARCO/CHINA well head and process platform project. This effort resulted in clearly defining design development methodology and establishing communication and priorities between Process Engineering, Program Management and ARCO (customer) for the review and evaluation of the Process Engineering PFD's and P&ID's development.
